Founder & Principal Consultant

Irene Wong is an Executive Human Resources Consultant who brings over 30 years of business experience in multinational settings and a unique blend of education and training in law, psychology, mediation, project management, change management, six sigma and lean.  She has held top Human Resources positions at health management, software development and global technology and manufacturing companies including Colfax Corporation, SPX, Eaton, Digital Equipment Corporation, Invensys plc. SHPS/Carewise and Seer Technologies.  She has been a member of executive teams responsible for navigating change and achieving operational results during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, greenfield start-ups, rightsizing, outsourcing and insourcing worldwide.  She was also a compliance specialist and manager with several U.S. Government agencies including U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.

Irene holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar, an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Brandeis University, and certifications in Change Management, Essential Facilitation, Six Sigma / Lean and employee assessments.  She has also received training in Alternate Dispute Resolution from the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiations.

Irene possesses depth of Human Resources functional knowledge, breadth of global experience and skill in managing complex situations from the board room to the shop floor.  She is particularly effective in bringing pragmatic, team oriented, and sustainable solutions to rapidly changing, emotionally charged situations.
